Orders
Orders
will be shipped within one business day of when the completed order
is received and payment is processed, unless you are notified at the
time order is placed or receive an email notice, that an item is on
“delayed shipping” status. Note: This does not apply to preorders
or items that are marketed online as backordered.
Delivery
Address
A
complete and correct delivery address is essential. If a package is
returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by
you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for
a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional
shipping fee. An additional fee may apply if an address change is
made while the package is en route. You must include a daytime
telephone number for all orders.

Shipping
fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s)
and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s)
against possible theft or damage while in transit. You can calculate
your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by adding
product to you shopping cart and including your zip code.

All
orders may require a signature for delivery. A valid daytime phone
number where you can be reached is required.
Standard
Shipping
Products
shipped via standard service are normally delivered within six
business days after shipment.
Guaranteed
Delivery Dates
“Guaranteed
delivery dates" for items shipped in a timely manner from Third
Rail become the responsibility of the carrier. (Please note that the
package may require have a signature for delivery, it is the
customer’s responsibility to be there or have an authorized agent
to sign.)
2-Day
Shipping
For
an additional charge, Third Rail offers this expedited shipping
option for most products. Products shipped via two-day service prior
to 5:00 p.m. ET are normally delivered by the end of the second
business day after shipment.

Day International Shipping
For
an additional charge, Third Rail offers this expedited shipping
option on products shipped to international locations. Products
shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. ET are normally delivered by the end of
the third business day after shipment. International shipments are
subject to custom fees, duties, and taxes.
Overnight
Delivery
For
an additional charge, Third Rail offers this expedited shipping
option on most of Third Rail’s products. Products shipped prior to
5:00 p.m. ET via overnight service are normally delivered by 3:00
p.m. local time one business day after shipment. Overnight delivery
is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Delivery
Times
If
your order is being shipped from Third Rail (not drop-shipped) to a
US shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each
shipping option during checkout. These dates are based on carrier
shipping practices, destination and the items you order. (Expected
delivery dates are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to
verification or time of order being placed. Items that are not
regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.)
Orders may be delivered in separate shipments at the discretion of
Third Rail. Order cutoff times for 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping Options
are: Monday - Friday: 12:30pm ET.
Time
in Transit
Remember
that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do
not apply until the product leaves Third Rail’s facilities. As the
delivery of your order is beyond Third Rail’s control once your
order leaves Third Rail’s facilities, Third Rail cannot assume
liability for late deliveries.
Required
Signatures
A
signature may be required for deliveries. Most of Third Rail’s
shipments contain valuable products. If you will not be at the
shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider
shipping the item to an address where someone who can act as your
agent will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has
been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change
the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will
pass to you on delivery. Please note that for deliveries that require
a signature, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering
your order without a signature, you may authorize Third Rail to
arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the
delivery address.
Undeliverable
Packages
Occasionally
packages are returned to Third Rail as undeliverable. When the
carrier returns an undeliverable package to Third Rail, please
contact Third Rail to make arrangements for reshipment. An additional
fee may apply if the package is returned and this is determined to be
the result of incorrect information provided by you (the customer) or
your agent.
Three
Delivery Attempts
UPS
makes three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery
attempts, UPS will return the package to Third
Rail.
