Third Rail Returns

We guarantee all merchandise sold by If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund. After 30 days, Third Rail cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

To return an item you’ll need to fill out the following form below to obtain a case number. Third Rail will not accept returns without prior authorization and a case number. If you have any problems or questions, please contact us Third Rail.

Third Rail warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Please see our warranty for further details.
